Terms of Service

Tonus is an iOS recovery and training app for Apple Watch and iPhone. It includes an on-device AI coach and, optionally, social sharing features.

You must be at least 13 (16 in the European Union) to use Tonus. Below that age, a parent's permission is required.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.

Some features require a subscription managed by Apple's App Store. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, the subscription renews automatically at the price displayed. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

If you use the social features to share workouts, you keep the rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display that content within the service.

The app, its code, design, logo, and mark belong to their author. You get no rights beyond the licence above.

Tonus is not a medical device. The scores and recommendations are indicative and do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before any significant change to your training, in case of symptoms, or for any health question.

No reverse engineering, decompilation, automated data scraping, publication of illegal or harmful content, or any use that would disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of a clear breach of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tonus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the app in the last twelve months.

These terms are governed by French law. Courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

For any material change, you'll be notified in the app. Continued use of Tonus counts as acceptance of the new version.
